The Troubadours have at least 4 events that are going to give us a little more recognition and they are: 6 June in Occoquan VA. Fox 5 is going to be there from 7 t0 10 AM. Yes, the time is right and we will be singing down there. Come on down. 17 June in Liberia, Manassas – We will singing for Senior Expo that day from 3 til 8. We won’t be sing all that time, and in fact, we will be singing as a chorus around 6:30. We may a few of our quartets roaming around prior to that. We did that and everything went well. We did not get too much show time, but made it and we got a lot of comments from friends that they saw us on TV. Thanks FOX 5!!
29 June at Harris Pavilion in Manassas. We will be singing at 3 PM. This is the pavilion and they will give us Ice Cream after we sing. Open to public. This the place in down town Manassas right by the Train Station. Let’s hope that we don’t have to compete with the trains. It is due to be a good day, weather wise, but BYOC (Chair). We will do a good job for you. Bring your friends and have a good afternoon. It is FREE, can’t beat that.
26 August Dog Days at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. We will have 5 or 6 choruses plus quartets from all the choruses. Always a special treat that the Alexandria Harmonizer will be there. They have been International Champs at least 4 times. They will blow your socks off. Open to the public and its free
17 Sept We will singing for NOVEC at their annual meeting and in front of about 1000 people that evening. More details to follow, but we will sing at 6:45 til 7:15. The time is correct and I will give you more details in an update.
