H.O.V. 4 (High Octane Vocals or Lotsagas)

HOV-4 has been providing barbershop harmony in Prince William County since 1997. The original members all traveled I-95 back when it was HOV-4. In spite of personnel changes over the years, HOV-4 continues to provide the pleasure of male, four-part harmony to audiences wherever they perform.
